EDV-​​Polzer offers country-wide shipping (in Austria) to give you convenient access to our services.

From computer repair to digitizing Super 8 films, just send us your device or media by mail or parcel service.

You will receive:

  • A free estimate (for repairs or upgrades)
  • Free return shipping
  • 6 months performance warranty*

Simply send us your device/media along with the completed order form which can be downloaded here

Currently, the order form is available in german only.
Many fields should be easily understandable, below is a guide to the more difficult fields.


In order to enable the identification of the shipment, please specify the serial number, model or at least the name of the device in the form and in the parcel as well

You must also list any accompanying accessories and components such as cables, bags, mouse, keyboard etc, that you wish to include in the shipment. Keep in mind that many devices can not be operated without device-specific power cord or special accessories.

Please pack well!

You will first receive an order confirmation (via e-mail or telephone) and a notice of receipt once we receive your device or media. We will then do a complete check, create a cost estimate and discuss the results with you. After having completed the services you agree to, we will send back your device or media in the same way that it came to us.

Our TIP:

In the case of a computer repair, you may choose to have us install our remote maintenance program, with which many future software problems can be solved easily over the Internet, reducing your potential downtime significantly!

Software is excluded from the warranty due to the difficulty to ascertain reasons for or time at wich a further failure appeared.
